Opportunities for future development include sites adjacent to Netley and West Richmond that are suited toward office/warehousing, light industry and distribution activities, with allotments expected to range from 1 to 2 hectares in area, with suitable allowance given to aesthetic landscaping to segregate activities from nearby residential zones.
In the Morphett Road vicinity, Adelaide Airport has a unique site of some 4.5ha that has been classified as suited to general industry.
