Parafield Airport Limited has completed a preliminary version of a new draft Parafield Airport Master Plan (2017) for consideration by the Federal Minister for Infrastructure and Transport. The Parafield Airport Preliminary Draft Master Plan (PDMP) 2017 meets the requirements of the Airports Act 1996, being the airport’s primary 20-year planning document with a review period of 5 years.

The PDMP for Parafield Airport is now available for a 60 business day public comment period commencing on Monday 24 July 2017 and concluding Wednesday 18 October 2017.

The procedure for public comment is specified in the Airports Act 1996, whereby written public comment is invited prior to the closing date for submissions -18 October 2017. PAL will then have due regard to all the submissions received by that date and submit a Draft Master Plan to the Federal Minister for Infrastructure and Transport for approval.

The PDMP document can be viewed below or copies of the plan will be available for purchase at the price of $50 during normal office hours from Monday 24 July 2017 until close of business Wednesday 18 October 2017 at the following locations:
