Adelaide Airport is one of Australia’s most modern passenger facilities and provides the full range of services expected by travellers. Internet access, dining, currency exchange and banking, shopping and parking are all within easy reach.
Currency Exchange & Banking
At Adelaide Airport, you can purchase or exchange over 50 major and exotic foreign currencies at one of three Travelex stores. Travelex is open 365 days a year for all arriving and departing flights and are located before and after customs.
You can also buy your currency online at www.travelex.com.au and collect it at a Travelex store at Adelaide Airport.
Automatic teller machines (ATMs) and Foreign Exchange ATMs (FX ATMs) are located within the terminal on both the Ground Level and Level 2.
Together with our supplier Internode, Adelaide Airport provides free internet access throughout the terminal. Look in your wireless network settings or scan for wireless networks and select the network “Internode”. Open your web browser and the login page should appear. If not, when you navigate to a website, you’ll be automatically redirected to the login page. Enter your login details or click Guest Login if applicable. You can now browse the Internet.
Baggage Storage Lockers
Lockers are located near the car rental offices on the ground floor of the multi-level car park. If you exceed your anticipated time you will be required to pay the balance on return.

Small (420mm H x 900mm D x 420mm W)
For storing items such as hand bags, carry-on luggage, shopping bags, small backpacks.
$10.00 per 24 hours.
Medium (520mm H x 900mm D x 420mm W)
For storing items such as medium size cases, motorcycle helmet & gear, large tools, boxes.
$12.00 per 24 hours.
Large (864mm H x 900mm D x 420mm W)
For storing items such as large backpacks, musical instruments, strollers, variety of sporting equipment.
$14.00 per 24 hours.
An Australia Post box is located between the drop off / pick up area and the public bus stop (close to the taxi rank).
There is a Post Office located in Export Park, on the corner of Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Sir Richard Williams Avenue, just after the main entrance to the Adelaide Airport grounds. The Post Office caters for most requirements including Passports, Licence, Safework SA renewals and so on. They are also are a Newsagency offering coffee and light refreshments. A children’s play area is located directly alongside Hudson’s Coffee. Parents can sit and enjoy a coffee while watching their children in a secure play area with a child-proof gate.

A prayer room is available within the terminal during operating hours. It is located on Level 2 between Rip Curl and NewsLink (Location 43 on the terminal floor plan).
Medical (including Pharmacy)
If you are injured or become ill while at Adelaide Airport, there are first aid facilities and trained staff available within the terminal to assist. South Australian Ambulance services are located less than 1km from the terminal.
Airport fire and rescue paramedics are also available on call. There is also an Automated External Defibrillator, and staff trained in its use, at the terminal. If you have a medical emergency, you can dial Triple Zero (000) anywhere in Australia.
Forgot to pack sunscreen or other essentials? Airport Pharmacy, located on level 2 of the Terminal, has a comprehensive range of over-the-counter medicines, prescription medicines and travel products. You’ll also find skin care, hair care, cosmetics, perfumes, gifts and more.
Smoking inside the terminal is strictly prohibited. To accommodate smokers, Adelaide Airport has provided dedicated smoking areas on Level 2 outside the terminal on both the right and left hand side of the building. There is also a smoking area in the Thomas Coopers Bar on the ground floor. If you are a smoker, we ask that you please ensure you use the designated smoking areas provided.
