Receiving My Access Card
How do I receive my Access Card?
Access cards are posted to your home address by Australia Post priority mail.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from Adelaide Airport Customer Service to advise you that your card has been posted.
Important things to remember:
- When applying for your Access card, please check that you have provided your correct and complete home address.
- Ensure that your home address is kept up to date on Parkcharge at all times
- Please expect delays in receiving your Access card in the post, as a result of COVID-19
