• Access Cards CAN NOT be shared with friends and family.
• Collection of passengers from outside the designated pickup areas is not permitted and may result in fines and/or the permanent cancellation of your Access Card. This includes (but is not limited to)
  • Picking up passengers on the yellow line
  • Picking up passengers from the public dropoff/pickup area
• You must have money on your Access Card in order to access the Designated Areas
• Your Access card will be disabled if it is not used for 90 days. To re-enable your card please contact us here (reactivation fees apply)
• Please ensure your details on ParkCharge are up to date
