Adelaide Airport – Filming and Photography Guidelines
Adelaide Airport Ltd (AAL) welcomes opportunities to promote its modern, state-of-the-art facilities, and is happy to consider requests to undertake commercial filming and photography activities within the airport precinct including the main domestic and international terminal, T1.
Any filming and/or still photography activity carried out for commercial purposes at Adelaide Airport requires the prior written permission of the airport operator, Adelaide Airport Ltd (AAL).
All requests should be made at least three weeks before the date(s) of filming by emailing, [email protected] or calling +618 83089211.
Filming requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis taking into account:
• The date and time of filming;
• The type and purpose of filming proposed;
• The impact on airport operations, customers, tenants, airlines and regulatory agencies; and
• Any Occupational Health & Safety implications.
Filming fees apply and payment is required prior to the day, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Customer Experience Department.
Filming and Photography Location Agreement
Once initial approval has been granted for filming at Adelaide Airport, a location agreement must be completed and returned to AAL before the day of filming. To download the AAL location agreement, click here.
News and current affairs media do not need to seek prior permission to film at Adelaide Airport and are not required to make payment. However, they must still abide by standard security and regulatory procedures and not disrupt airport operations.
