Welcome desk
Located on the ground floor, our welcome desk is your go-to for assistance in the terminal. Whether you need directions, maps, travel tips, or support navigating the airport, our team is here to help. You can also collect a Sunflower Lanyard for hidden disabilities or ask about sensory-friendly routes.
Meet & Greet parking
Make hellos and goodbyes last a little longer. The Terminal Car Park is just minutes from the terminal doors, so you don’t have to rush your farewells or welcomes. Skip the stress of kerbside drop-off and give your loved ones the send-off or welcome they deserve. Because a quick wave from the car window isn’t always enough!
Here to help every step of the way
Travelling can feel like a lot to juggle especially if you have accessibility needs, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Customer Service team can support you from arrival at the terminal entrance through to the check-in hall, where airline staff take over.
For the easiest access, we recommend using the dedicated disability drop-off and pick-up area on Atura Circuit at the northern end of the terminal. Once inside the terminal assistance phone connects directly to our team, who can come and meet you.
If you’re dropped off in the public pick-up and drop-off area, look out for our Customer Service Officers in high-vis orange vests, they can provide a wheelchair if needed, provide support and guide you to the check-in hall.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal so you can catch up on emails, scroll your socials, or stream while you wait. Simply select “Adelaide Airport Free Wi-Fi” from your wireless settings, open your browser, and log in when prompted. If the login page doesn’t appear straight away, navigating to any website will redirect you.
