This emphasis on ‘ingredients less travelled’ translates to a sustainable and more flavourful dining experience for guests, and harnesses community spirit by involving those closest to the source with a passion for all things food, wine, beer and beyond.
The ingredient list includes products from the Adelaide Central Market, Bickfords, Beerenberg Farm and Riviera Bakery to name a few.
