The terminal is closed overnight from 11:30PM to 3:15AM.

All visitors will be required to vacate the premises and will not be permitted to remain inside.

All international and domestic check-in counters are located on Level 2 prior to security screening. If you are arriving from Ground Level, please proceed via the escalators or lift to access Level 2.

You can change or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your arrival via Manage My Booking.

Sunflower Lanyards can be collected from our Welcome Desk team during the hours of operation: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 9:30pm, Weekends: 7:30am – 5:30pm.
