Information and Tourist Booking Booth
Australian Visitor Centres operate the Information & Tourist Bookings Booth located on the ground floor of the terminal in a central location. Our friendly and professional team are available between 6:00am – 10:00pm to assist you with an extensive range of brochures, maps and other information about activities and events around Adelaide.
Australian Visitor Centres, a registered travel agency is also able to reserve your accommodation, tours & transport bookings for your visit to South Australia. Contact our team via phone (08) 8234 3623 or email email@example.com.
If the desk is unattended please look for one of our volunteer Ambassadors who are easy to spot in their bright burgundy jackets and can usually be found in the check-in hall or in the ground floor arrivals areas. The Ambassadors are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Need some assistance? Our friendly Airport Ambassadors are easy to spot in their bright burgundy jackets and more than happy to answer any questions you may have to make your airport experience pleasurable and stress-free.
Watch out for them in the baggage claim hall on the ground floor and in the main check-in hall on Level 2.
Airline staff will be happy to assist you to and from your aircraft and through the border agencies process. You should advise your airline in advance of any assistance you may require.
Adelaide Airport participates in the Airport Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey.
The ASQ programme has over 300 participating airports in over 79 countries and is the largest managed airport quality of service program. ASQ is the only global benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction while they are at the airport.
A minimum of 350 surveys are collected each quarter seeking passenger responses to 34 service related topics including “helpfulness of check-in staff”, “waiting time at security”, “cleanliness of airport terminal ” and “overall satisfaction” on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
