Our Welcome Desk is designed to ensure that your journey through the airport is easy and seamless, visit us for all your airport enquiries as well as some local knowledge expertise.
We are located on the ground floor at the base of the escalators, near our baggage collection point.
Our friendly team are on hand between 8.00am to 6.00pm every weekday, to assist you with all your airport enquiries.
The Welcome Desk also serves as a contact point for lost property which has been left within the airport grounds, (noting for items lost on an aircraft you will need to contact your airline directly).

If you are needing a little extra support navigating the airport, you can request a hidden disability lanyard at Hidden Disabilities – Adelaide Airport. Once booked, these can also be collected from our Welcome Desk within opening hours.
Keep an eye out for our friendly team of Airport Ambassador volunteers. Our Ambassadors are here to answer all of your questions and help to navigate you through the airport.
Our Ambassadors roam the airport ensuring they can assist in all parts of the terminal; you will be able to easily identify them by their welcoming smile and corporate uniform.
