Lost property in the Terminal
If you’ve lost an item inside the terminal, please complete the online Lost Property form.
Include as many details as possible to help us identify and locate your item quickly.
Remember to provide a local contact number and an email address, and keep an eye on your junk or spam folder for updates.
Lost property on an Aircraft or Airline Lounge
If you’ve left an item on an aircraft, in an airline lounge, or if your bag hasn’t arrived on the baggage carousel, please contact the airline directly.
Lost passports
Lost passports are not managed through the lost property system.
All passports found in the terminal are handed directly to the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
For assistance with a lost passport, please contact the AFP on 131 237.
Lost Property Help
If you’ve left an item on an aircraft, in an airline lounge, or if your bag hasn’t arrived on the baggage carousel, please contact the airline directly.
These items are managed by the airlines and not passed on to the airport, so unfortunately we can’t assist with these cases.

To report lost property in the terminal:
Please complete our lost property form with as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the better our chances of locating your item.
Important:
Lost passports are handed to the Australian Federal Police.

Located on the ground floor, at the base of the escalators near baggage collection.
Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Weekends: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Adelaide Airport is not affiliated with third-party lost property providers (like instaFILE). Please complete our lost property form for items lost in the terminal.
