Depending on where you misplaced your item, it may have been handed into a number of different locations.
Lost property on an aircraft
If you’ve left an item on an aircraft, in an airline lounge, at a boarding gate area or your bag hasn’t arrived on the baggage carousel please contact the relevant airline directly as they will have your item. These items are not passed on to the airport.
Lost property within the terminal
We can only assist you with Lost Property if your item was left in the terminal. If it was left on aircraft or in an airline lounge, you will need to contact the relevant airline directly.

Lost property services for items misplaced within the Terminal, are offered by Adelaide Airport free of charge. Adelaide Airport is not affiliated in any way with third party lost property providers, such as instaFILE, and queries regarding property lost in the terminal should be directed to Adelaide Airport.
