Lost property within the terminal
For any enquiries regarding lost and found property within the terminal:
Opening Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
If you have an enquiry outside of opening hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
Lost property services for items misplaced within the Terminal, are offered by Adelaide Airport free of charge. Adelaide Airport is not affiliated in any way with third party lost property providers, such as instaFILE, and queries regarding property lost in the terminal should be directed to Adelaide Airport.
Lost baggage or items left on an aircraft
For lost property on board an aircraft, or from within the airline lounge or boarding lounge/gate area, please contact the relevant airline directly.
For any baggage enquiries (mishandled, lost baggage or baggage left on a carousel) please contact your airline.
