Adelaide Airport is one of Australia’s most modern passenger facilities and provides the full range of services expected by travellers.
Internet access, dining, currency exchange and banking, shopping and parking are all within easy reach.
In conjunction with our supplier Internode, AAL provides free internet access throughout T1.
Look in your wireless network settings or scan for wireless networks and select the network "Internode".
Open your web browser and the login page should appear. If not, when you navigate to a website, you'll be automatically redirected to the login page. Enter your login details or click Guest Login if applicable. You can now browse the Internet.
In addition, there are 10 self-service (coin or credit card operated) internet kiosks located next to Hungry Jack’s.
Our main terminal, T1, along with our car parks and pathways, have been designed and constructed to the latest Australian Standards and building codes and for persons with disabilities.
Airline staff will be happy to assist you to and from your aircraft and through the border agencies process. You should advise your airline in advance of any assistance you may require.
Need some assistance? Our friendly Airport Ambassadors, easy to spot in their bright burgundy jackets, are more than happy to answer any questions you may have to make your airport experience pleasurable and stress-free.
Watch out for them in the baggage claim hall on the ground floor and in the main check-in hall on Level 2.
If you are injured or become ill while at Adelaide Airport, there are first aid facilities and trained staff available within T1 to assist.
South Australian Ambulance services are located less than 1km from the terminal.
Airport fire and rescue paramedics are also available on call. There is also an Automated External Defibrillator, and staff trained in its use, at T1.
If you have a medical emergency, you can dial Triple Zero (000) anywhere in Australia.
At Adelaide Airport, you can purchase or exchange over 50 major and exotic foreign currencies at one of three Travelex stores. Travelex is open 365 days a year for all arriving and departing flights and are located before and after customs.
Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are located within T1 on both the Ground Level and Level 2.
Children’s Play Area is located directly alongside Hudson’s Coffee. Parents can sit and enjoy coffee while watching their children in a secure area with child-proof gate.
Lockers are located near the car rental offices in the Terminal 1 car park.

A prayer room is available within T1 during terminal operating hours. It is located on Level 2 between Rip Curl and News Link (Location 43 on the T1 floor plan).
There are public toilets on each level of Terminal 1.
Adelaide Airport has two conveniently located car parks for short term and long term stays.
AAL also provides a choice of transport modes to and from the airport. These include hire cars, taxis and limousines. A public transport bus service is also available via Adelaide City through to the north/eastern suburbs, with connections to rail and other bus routes.
