What is my Responsibility?

An Authorised Tenant Representative (ATR) is the AAL approved central point of contact from the employer.
The ATR has the authority to add or remove staff members attached to your employers’ AAL parking account.
AAL will not process any additions or remove staff from the tenant account without the express written consent of an authorised tenant representative.

How do I add staff to my account?

To add staff to your account, please complete the following steps:

• Address a new email to: [email protected]
• Add a subject: “New Staff”
• List the first name, last name, and email address of the staff members you wish to add to your parking account

Your email will be recorded as authorisation for the staff member to be added to your parking account – there is no signature required.

AAL will send an application link to the staff members’ nominated email address for completion. Following a review of their application the new staff member account will be activated.

How do I cancel staff access?

To cancel staff access, please complete the following steps:

• Address a new email to: [email protected]
• Add a subject: “Cancel Staff”
• List the first name, last name, and email address of the staff members you wish to cancel staff car parking access for

Your email will be recorded as authorisation for the staff member to be removed from your parking account – there is no signature required.

AAL will validate the email has come from an Authorised Tenant Representative and immediately cancel the employee’s staff parking access

How do I report a lost or stolen access card?

A lost/stolen/damaged Access card must be reported imediately to AAL .
A staff member or Authorised Tenant Representative can do this by emailing: [email protected]
