Where do I collect my Access Card?

You will receive an email from Adelaide Airport to come and collect your card from the Carpark Management Office once your Access Card is ready.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from Adelaide Airport Customer Service to advise that your card has been posted.

  • Access cards can be collected between 4:15 and 23:00 daily. Please knock on the glass door at the Carpark Management Office for assistance
  • Your Access Card will be automatically activated on your first use
