Where can I find my ‘Client ID’?

Your client ID is required to log in to ParkCharge or when contacting AAL. Your Client ID can be found on the bottom left corner of your Access Card. It contains one letter followed by 6 numbers.

How can I update my details on ParkCharge?

  1. Login to ParkCharge using your Client ID and password
  2. Select ‘Modify Your Details’ from the menu (left side of screen) and press ‘GO’
  3. Select the information you want to update (Example: Address, Credit card details, phone number)
  4. Once you have changed your details click ‘Save’

I have forgotten my password to ParkCharge

If you have forgotten your password to log-in to ParkCharge complete the following steps:

  1. Login to ParkCharge
  2. Click on ‘forgot password?’
  3. Enter your Client ID. A new temporary password will be sent to your email address
  4. Open the email and copy the ‘Temporary Password’
  5. Click on the link in the email to open the ParkCharge
  6. Enter your client ID and paste in the new password, then click ‘Login’

How to change my password?

You can change your password at any time, follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to ParkCharge using your Client ID and current password
  2. Select ‘Change Password” from the menu (left side of screen)
  3. Enter your current/temporary password into the ‘Old password’ section
  4. Enter a new password (It must contain a combination of both 8 letters and numbers and 1 capital letter) and click ‘Save’
